Organization Mission Statement

The North Island Supportive Recovery Society, comprised of the board of directors and Society members, exists to meet the need for accessible rehabilitative services for individuals with addictions. The Society provides the supportive structure and recovery programs for clients, assisting their families, and building community ties that result in healthier individuals, families, and community.

The organization serves the following population

Adult males aged 19+, their families and relevant community support groups.

The funds donated will be used to

Enhance services for meetings, programs, counseling and outreach for adult males 19+ and their supportive families and groups within the community of Campbell River.

The organizations current sources of funding are

VIHA; Ministry of Social Development, Mental Health & Addiction. Gaming funds. Regional District of Strathcona with some Grant applications to various groups.
